Goings on - 15th April, 2009
Making a free website is no easy task; I'm sure some of you appreciate that for yourselves. I've now managed to secure a reasonable host and also a domain all for free. I'll tell you about it once it's been set up properly.
I'm Cribrad Meltzer and Veltas Vandegere is the one hosting this new one, but I'm doing all the website stuff because Veltas Vandegere can't. It's tedius work getting this all together and it's taken a bloody long time. The new site will have comics, software, games, news and a blog by Veltas Vandegere. I'm in charge of the website but it'll be a completely new build so you wouldn't know. The games, software, comics and blog are done by Veltas and the news of the website will be left to moi, so I'll be around. I'm also going to infect the coding with my easter eggs, although expect to see PHP scrambling so it'll be harder to read (but still hand-written). Once the new site is made I'll also have a subdomain for the portal, which means Portal Version 6 can live happily ever after in safety (we're not safe here; I'm breaking terms of use). Hopefully I'll make it to the end of the week without adverts. Once I've moved to the subdomain I'll put adverts on again and add a re-direct header. |

If there is any need for you to say something to me, then you can really easily contact me with the form at the bottom of the page. I'm sure that I can manage to get most of what you want for the Portal.
However, if it is a problem you want me to fix, make sure you are running Mozilla Firefox 3 and have the screen resolution on 1280x1024 or higher. If the problem happens with those settings then I will want to know about it a lot so make the intelligent action by e-mailing me with the e-mail form at the bottom. Although, the chances are there will be no real problems because it's only HTML based so what harm could it do? I shouldn't have said that. |
